Muti Nayyar is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers who founded MN Consultants in Basingstoke, Hampshire. He assesses and improves manufacturing operations and leads digitalisation projects for manufacturers across the UK.
His career spans private-equity-backed manufacturers, an NHS Tier 1 supplier, high-volume automotive supply chains and engineered products, working from the production line to the leadership team. That is why every engagement starts on the floor.
Muti leads every engagement and stays on the floor with your team. He is the single accountable lead, so there are no layers of junior consultants and no hand-offs, and engagements are kept as short as the problem allows.

He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MIMechE) with 15+ years in manufacturing operations, an MSc in Engineering from Cranfield University and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University.
